Job summary

Landmark Theatres is seeking floor staff to deliver a sophisticated entertainment experience through excellent customer service. Roles include box office, concession, usher, or kitchen duties, with night, weekend, and holiday shifts required.

Candidates should be at least 16 or 18, friendly, accurate with cash handling, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining theater safety and cleanliness. Training provided and opportunities to interact with diverse guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 or 18 years old.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Accurate cash handling and math skills.
• Must be available during peak business hours (Nights, Weekend, and Holidays).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact with the public and provide high level of customer service.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to comply with attendance and dress code policy.
• Ability to operate various concession and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome each customer and assist with ticketing and seating.
• Process transactions and payments using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, auditoriums, restrooms and back-of-house areas.
• Assist customers with locating seats and providing safety information.
• Support box office, concession, usher, or kitchen duties as needed.
