Regal Willamette Town Center in Salem, OR is seeking a General Manager to lead the theatre, drive results, and inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You'll balance business performance with people leadership, manage operations, scheduling, safety, and budget adherence, while building a high-performing team dedicated to service excellence and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
• Strong understanding of day-to-day operations and basic financial management
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of theatre performance, monitoring sales and expenses and ensuring operations support the business
• Ensure operations follow company policies, manage cash, and uphold safety/compliance standards
• Maintain daily operations, scheduling, reporting, and smooth day-to-day flow
• Build and lead a strong team through hiring, training, coaching, and managing performance and employee relations
• Create a great guest experience by setting the service tone and resolving concerns
• Oversee theatre environment, inventory, and backend operations for efficiency
• Monitor financial and operational results to identify opportunities for improvement and profitability
• Maintain inventory management, ordering, and cost control across concessions and supplies
• Keep theatre systems and equipment in good condition, including AV functionality
• Lead by example on the floor during peak times to ensure smooth operations
