Job summary

V Theater Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our theater facilities, corporate office, and warehouse. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fixtures, and equipment, including vehicles, banners, and refrigeration systems.

The role requires strong hands-on maintenance skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work with others in a dynamic live entertainment environment. A Nevada driver’s license and OSHA certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Basic construction and carpentry knowledge.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license and clean DMV record preferred.
• Forklift certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair the corporate office, warehouse, and theaters.
• Install or repair electrical, plumbing fixtures and HVAC systems.
• Load/unload items and drive company vehicle as needed.
• Paint, prepare, and repair facility locations.
• Perform safety checks and ensure compliance practices.
