FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANAre you someone who takes initiative to fix and maintain everything around you? If so, you could be the person we’re looking for! The Facilities Maintenance Technician is the main character behind the scenes of our live entertainment operations. This individual will handle all aspects of facilities and maintenance of our theater facilities.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:Maintenance and repair of the corporate office, warehouse, and theaters to include fixtures, equipment, vehicles, and moreInstall or repair electrical fixturesInstall or repair plumbing fixturesMaintain and repair the HVAC systemsAssist with the overall maintenance of company vehiclesPreparation and painting and/or repainting any facility or location as neededLoad and unload items as neededDrive company vehicle and items to and from the theaters and the corporate office/warehouseAssemble equipment for use in company operationsMaintain and repair refrigeration equipmentEnsure all signs and banners, etc. are hung inside and around the theaterPerform cleaning and janitorial tasks as neededProcess inventory as neededConduct safety checks and implement best safety and compliance practices and proceduresPerform other tasks and duties as assignedWHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:Extensive knowledge of maintenance and repair workBroad understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical workSkilled in construction and carpentryAbility to maintain and repair vehiclesKnowledge of refrigeration maintenanceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenOutstanding time management and prioritization skillsAbility to work and collaborate well with othersKnowledge and understanding of various carpentry and power toolsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of job-related experience requiredProven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical workProven experience in basic construction and carpentry workMust possess a valid Nevada driver’s license and the ability to produce a clean DMV recordMust possess a valid OSHA 10 or 30Forklift certification is desirableESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:Work environment: Warehouse, theater, and office, indoor and outdoorMust be able to remain in a standing/walking position for up to 8 hours a dayMay be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use handsAbility to bend, push, pull, move forward, move backward, move sideways, and climb ladders and stairsModerate lifting may be required, up to 100 poundsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsThis job description should not be interpreted as all-inclusive; it is intended to identify major responsibilities, skills and requirements of the job.
