Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial building maintenance or facilities operations.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related systems.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage service providers.
• Familiarity with BAS and CMMS preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day facility needs.
• Perform regular building inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and other system maintenance.
• Perform light maintenance and engage qualified contractors.
• Maintain safe, welcoming environments for artists, patrons, employees, and visitors.
• Participate in after-hours response to building emergencies.
