Job summary

AMC Entertainment seeks a Facility Maintenance Manager to own theatres’ spaces, sustain safety standards, and oversee repairs while upholding AMC values. You’ll lead with ownership, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and ensure a clean, welcoming guest experience across locations.

A strong emphasis on safety, inspections, and leadership is expected. The role offers opportunities for growth within AMC’s facilities and operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality maintenance

Qualifications

• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old; other location-specific age requirements may apply.
• Ability to safely troubleshoot and perform basic facility repairs including painting, plumbing, etc.
• Ability to safely use chemicals and basic tools to complete theatre equipment repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly facility inspections for interior and exterior areas.
• Prioritize repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks to keep facilities safe and in good repair.
• Order and maintain parts and supplies for timely repairs and maintenance.
• Follow up on repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Approve vendor work orders and invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain a primary facility list of repairs accessible to management.
