Job summary

The Tennessee Theatre Foundation is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee bookings, settlements, and client coordination for touring concerts, Broadway productions, and private rentals at the Historic Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Programming & Production, you will manage contracts, advances, and settlements, collaborate with Live Nation and rental partners, and ensure accurate budgeting and flawless event execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing touring and/or rental event contracts, advance production, event finances, and show settlements within a live performance venue.

Responsibilities

• Booking & calendar management for touring events and rental inquiries.
• Review and process contracts, riders, and rental agreements with related paperwork.
• Advance events and coordinate logistics with internal departments and external partners.
• Serve as point of contact for touring personnel and rental clients.
• Prepare settlements, finalize invoices, and close out events.
