ATG Entertainment USA seeks a customer-focused Box Office/Guest Services associate in New York. You will assist the Box Office and Theater Management during performances, including nights, weekends, and holidays, guiding lines and patrons to entrances and checkpoints.

You’ll help with mobile tickets, answer show questions, and maintain smooth guest flow. This role emphasizes friendly, professional service and collaboration with venue teams in a dynamic live-entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Box Office and Theater Management during performances, including nights, weekends, and Holidays
• Managing lines and crowds during walk-in outside the theatre and guiding people to various checkpoints and entrances
• Helping maintain cancellation lines for sold out performances
• Assisting patrons with mobile tickets
• Answer frequently asked questions about each show and theatre
