ATG Entertainment USA is seeking a part-time Server/Runner for its New York venues, including Broadway theatres. Experience in front-of-house food service is preferred, with emphasis on sanitation standards. Candidates should be able to walk stairs, stand for shifts, and lift up to 20 lbs.

Job description

Position: Server/Runner

Location: New York, NY

Hours: Part Time

Major Broadway venue owner-operator is seeking enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server/Runner with a love for theatre. You will enthusiastically receive orders, prepare the orders for delivery to patrons in their seat at one of five ATG Entertainment Theater venues. Including, the order-taking and order fulfillment of food and beverage items. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction. This role may require occasional service shifts. This role may include training as a bartender and future bartender shifts. You will be joining a high-energy, detail focused team that plays a central role in keeping the Walter Kerr Theatre and the attractions playing there running safely and smoothly. You will work inside a collaborative, respectful, and driven company that's focused on providing the best experience for theatregoers and theatre-makers on Broadway.

PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS

• Previous experience as a front of house food service employee preferred
• Working knowledge of food and sanitation standards desirable
• Ability to walk up and down flights of stairs and stand for the duration of a shift
• Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
• Food handlers certified
