Qualifications

• Active Illinois BASSET and Food Handler certificates required before starting (per Illinois regulations).
• Experience in high-volume customer service environments preferred.
• Ability to operate cafe/bar safely and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate TimeLine's bar and café during performances and events.
• Prepare and serve beverages and light food items following recipes and standards.
• Process sales, take payments, and ensure a welcoming, accurate service.
