Chicago Artists Coalition is seeking flexible part-time staff for bartending, serving, and event support across weddings, corporate events, and private parties in Chicago. The role emphasizes variety, with no minimum shift requirements and a base pay starting at $20 per hour plus gratuity on many shifts.

Staff accrue PTO over time and join an exceptional team that supports artists with flexible schedules. Experience in hospitality and ServSafe/BASSET certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry, specifically bartending and serving.
• Some Saturday availability helpful, but not necessary.
• Car helpful (but not necessary).
• BASSET and ServSafe certificate required (we send links for anyone that does not have one).
• Part-time shifts available and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide bar and serving services at weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

Bartender, Server, Event Staff in Chicago

Servers, Bartenders, hospitality, and event staff for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. Permanent or temporary positions.

Ideal if you are looking for part time work, a flexible schedule, and/or extra income $$$.

We provide service / hospitality staff for events and parties all over Chicago. We handle everything from: weddings, private home parties, business functions, showrooms, booth /convention greeters, gallery openings, showers, birthdays, etc. (Although p/t, many staff have worked for us for years specifically because of the flexibility that we offer.) Hourly pay rate is dependent on experience and references: base rate starting at $20 plus gratuity on many shifts.

• Plus PTO is automatically added as staff accumulates time.

This will be a GREAT fit for you, if:

• You cannot commit to a regular weekly schedule - no problem! We do not require any minimum of shifts. We allow staff to work when they want, and not when they can't!
