Job summary

Regal is seeking a bartender to join our theatre team. You will prepare alcoholic beverages, provide fast, friendly service, and ensure compliance with all laws and safety policies in a clean work environment. Must be of legal age and complete Regal training to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities include handling cash, promoting promotions, maintaining stock, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding Regal's standards and training requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; progress toward cast certification and Regal server training is required.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and complete required permits/licenses.
• Read and understand training materials covering safety, harassment and discrimination.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of all alcoholic beverages as per company directions.
• Knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol.
• Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Handling of all monies and merchandise (including non-saleable and saleable).
• Excellent sales techniques, including up selling and suggestive selling.
• Knowledge of and compliance with all local, state and federal food safety laws.
• Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods.
• Completion of or progress toward completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist.
• Required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.
