Cinemark is hiring a dedicated Assistant Manager in Huntsville to help oversee theatre operations and uphold brand standards. You will be cross-trained across departments, lead team members, and train staff to deliver outstanding guest service.

The role offers growth toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program, with schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with all staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager to support operational decisions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Ensures coverage in all theatre departments and adherence to policies.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of the theatre and surrounding areas.
• Delivers superior Customer service and resolves issues promptly.
• Assists in preparing administrative reports for the General Manager.
