Job summary

Saint Mary’s College High School is seeking a Production Assistant to support the school’s theatrical productions with strong organizational, logistical, and administrative skills. You will help coordinate all stages of production and communicate effectively with the department to keep productions on schedule.

Working closely with the Visual and Performing Arts Department Chair/Theater Director and the production team, you will manage pre-production, performances, and post-production activities,

• Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, communication, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment.

• Coordinate pre-production, performance, and post-production activities.
• Provide organizational, logistical, and administrative support to productions.
• Collaborate with the Visual and Performing Arts Department Chair/Theater Director and production team to ensure smooth runs and positive experiences for students, families, volunteers, and staff.
