Qualifications

• Available to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate with all ages, genders, and personalities in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly to meet peak demand.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest services in a guest-friendly environment.
• Supervise duties in Concession, Box Office, Kitchen and Usher.
• Recruit, train, develop, and assess floor staff performance.
• Support daily goals, tasks and assignments.
• Answer customer questions and resolve complaints.
• Manage daily inventory counts and cash-out at end of shift.
• Keep the theater clean and orderly.
• Monitor safety or security issues and address them.
• Attend to alcoholic beverage service in compliance with liquor laws and policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by General Manager.
