Qualifications

• Experience in theater management, stage management, or production management.

• Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
• Familiarity with black box theater operations and technical theater.
• Experience with rental administration or venue management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, schedule, and supervise theater crew for all productions and events.
• Oversee set up and breakdown of the theater for each production and rental.
• Serve as Stage Manager for in-house Peridance productions.
• Manage crew scheduling to ensure all shifts are covered.
• Administer theater rentals, including contracts, logistics, and client communications.
• Actively promote the KnJ Theater to potential rental clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for rental clients throughout the booking and production process.
• Ensure the theater is maintained and prepared to the highest standard for every event.
