Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an Usher to greet guests before, during, and after shows, scan tickets, and guide guests to seating while maintaining exceptional service. You will monitor seating sections, enforce house rules, and assist in evacuations if needed.

A professional appearance and strong communication are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of showroom theater and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year showroom theater experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Candidates must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests before, during and after the show.
• Check and scan tickets.
• Welcome guests and direct them to their seating location.
• Monitor each seating section to ensure guests have an excellent experience.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Watch stations throughout the show to monitor guest behavior including taking pictures, recording or disrupting those around them.
• Handle guest complaints and escalate as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of theater layout and show times.
• Visually sweep the theater at the end of the shows for lost and found items.
• Be aware of and enforce appropriate house rules.
• Monitor door and guest entry and exit.
• Remain at assigned post throughout the show/event unless taking an assigned break.
• Maintain a good understanding of evacuation procedures and be able to assist guests in an emergency evacuation situation.
