Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Know bar and menu items; make recommendations.
• Record orders accurately and promptly.
• Verify age for alcohol transactions.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area in a fast-paced environment.
• Use suggestive selling to increase order value.
• Collaborate with kitchen to ensure accuracy of food orders.
• Deliver orders within established time frames.
• Process payments for completed orders.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for liquor and bar supplies.
• Wipe and sanitize high-contact areas regularly.
• Follow PPE guidelines and safety practices.
• Adapt to varying cleaning tasks as needed.
• Flag safety or security issues to management.
