Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a friendly bartender to join our Operations team at the theater location. You will greet guests, take orders, mix drinks, and ensure a high level of hospitality in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year bartending experience, ServSafe and alcohol training, and the ability to handle cash and POS transactions. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are expected. Benefits include employee discounts and milestone gifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of bartending experience with a full bar.
• ServSafe and Alcohol training certifications are required.
• Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and management.
• Organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment while maintaining a smile.
• Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests who approach bar areas with warm hospitality.
• Take food and beverage orders and upsell for every guest.
• Know bar and menu items and make recommendations.
• Check IDs to verify legal age for alcohol.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks for bar, lobby, and lounge.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area and equipment.
• Follow alcohol service safety policies and escalate as needed.
• Set up and maintain stock levels and inventory.
• Process payments accurately and promptly.
• Handle guest concerns or direct to management.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing side work.
