Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state required certifications/permits.
• Safe Alcohol Service training is required for team members working with alcohol.
• Prior experience in a high-volume bar environment preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance and reliable work ethic are expected.
• Must communicate effectively in English and work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests promptly with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Know bar/menu items and make informed recommendations to guests.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Verify guest ages for alcohol transactions and ensure responsible service.
• Maintain clean and sanitary bar area in a fast-paced setting.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.
• Handle payments and manage cash accurately.
