The Global Ambassador in Phoenix invites an experienced restaurant leader to join our luxury property during an exciting growth phase. You will oversee daily operations, elevate guest experiences, lead teams with clarity, and partner on the food and beverage program to maintain exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment.
• Superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest experiences, quality, and consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment, preferably in a hotel setting.

• You have superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention todetail,and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.

• An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset

• Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams

• Assistin developing and executing the overall concept,visionand direction for the restaurant, including the food and beverage program, service style and standards, entertainment options,ambianceand décor.

• Collaborate on creating menus, wine lists, and other offerings that align with the restaurant’s upscale positioning.

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency of food and service, inventorycontrols,and financial performance.

• Oversee guest reservations, seatingarrangements,and private events/banquet functions.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Foster positive relations with restaurant members, hotel guests,vendors,and staff.
