Job summary

The Global Ambassador is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to launch and oversee Le Âme, a Parisian steakhouse concept within the hotel. The role requires a track record of luxury dining management, strong leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality at a premier property in Phoenix.

Join a dedicated team and help shape a unique guest experience, manage operations, events and the F&B program, while contributing to ongoing growth within a renowned hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment.
• Superb leadership abilities, business acumen and guest service focus.
• Ability to develop and execute the restaurant concept, F&B program and standards.
• Experience coordinating private events, reservations and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Lead and mentor restaurant team to achieve quality, consistency and financial goals.
• Collaborate on menus, wine lists and dining experiences to support upscale positioning.
• Manage inventory, cost controls and compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment.
• You have superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
• This is an outstanding opportunity to help launch an exciting new restaurant concept at a premier luxury property.
• An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset
• Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams
• Assist in developing and executing the overall concept, vision and direction for the restaurant, including the food and beverage program, service style and standards, entertainment options, ambiance and décor.
• Collaborate on creating menus, wine lists, and other offerings that align with the restaurant's upscale positioning.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency of food and service, inventory controls, and financial performance.
• Oversee guest reservations, seating arrangements, and private events/banquet functions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster positive relations with restaurant members, hotel guests, vendors, and staff.

Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $90,000 USD
