The Jones Assembly is seeking a professional, energetic bartender to join Oklahoma City’s The Jones Assembly, part of The Social Order Dining Collective. You will craft elevated guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-end setting.

You will prepare cocktails and other beverages, maintain product knowledge, and deliver warm, personalized service while upholding safety and quality standards. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

• Previous bartending experience in high-volume or upscale settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to every guest.
• Maintain full knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and menu offerings.
• Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization before, during, and after shifts.
• Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately.
• Monitor guest consumption and uphold responsible alcohol service standards.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and liquor laws.
• Restock and prep bar supplies as needed.
• Support team members to ensure smooth and seamless service.

Position Summary

The Jones Assembly is seeking a professional, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. Our bartenders do more than serve drinks — they create elevated guest experiences. This role requires attention to detail, strong product knowledge, efficiency under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to every guest
• Maintain full knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and menu offerings
• Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization before, during, and after shifts
• Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements
