SME Careers is seeking a Thai Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality across Thai AI training projects. The role requires strong Thai and English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage quality workflows across remote teams. You will review AI-generated Thai content, provide precise feedback, and support onboarding and documentation.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Thai proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong command of English to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Thai writing, editing, translation, localization, or related language-review workflows.
• Strong understanding of Thai grammar, tone, politeness markers, and cultural context.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is preferred.
• Experience with AI training, data annotation, or rubric-based QA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Thai items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Trainer/QA communication: update trainers on guidelines and project changes via Discord.
• Question handling: respond to Thai wording, tone, and translation fidelity questions.
• Activation management: DM inactive contributors and track follow-ups.
• Documentation: create and maintain Thai project documentation and style guides.
• Onboarding and training: run onboarding/training calls with trainers and QAs.
• Quality alignment: ensure Thai guidelines are consistently applied as projects evolve.
• Process improvement: identify quality gaps and help build scalable QA processes.
