SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, seeks a Vietnamese Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality across remote Vietnamese AI training projects. You will review AI-generated content, provide precise feedback, and ensure adherence to project rubrics and guidelines.

The role requires strong Vietnamese and English skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience coordinating remote teams of trainers and QAs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Vietnamese, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Native or near-native Vietnamese with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong grasp of English to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years in Vietnamese writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, education, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese grammar, spelling conventions, punctuation, tone markers, diacritics, register, formal/informal usage, and cultural context.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs.
• Familiar with Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Quality monitoring: Spot-check Vietnamese items and provide feedback.
• Trainer/QA communication: Update trainers and QAs on guidelines and project changes.
• Question handling: Answer questions about Vietnamese wording, tone, and culture.
• Activation management: Reach out to inactive contributors and track availability.
• Documentation: Create Vietnamese project docs, style guides, trackers, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: Schedule sessions to explain expectations and rubrics.
• Quality alignment: Ensure consistency with Vietnamese language guidelines as projects evolve.
• Process improvement: Identify gaps and help build scalable QA processes.
