SME Careers is seeking a Nepali Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality across remote AI training projects. You will review Nepali content and trainer output, provide precise feedback, and ensure adherence to project rubrics and guidelines.

Strong Nepali and English skills, attention to detail, and structured communication are essential. You will manage quality workflows across remote trainers/QAs, support onboarding, maintain documentation, and escalate issues to project leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics is required.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Nepali items and provide feedback.
• Trainer/QA communication via Discord about guidelines and updates.
• Handle Nepali grammar, tone, and cultural nuances in reviews.
• Activate inactive contributors and follow up on availability.
• Create and maintain Nepali project documentation and style guides.
• Run onboarding/training calls to explain expectations and workflows.
• Ensure consistent application of Nepali language guidelines across projects.
• Flag recurring issues and suggest scalable QA improvements.
• Support remote teams with clear guidance and documentation.
