You will oversee quality, consistency, and trainer performance across Thai AI training projects, review AI-generated Thai content, and evaluate output against project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Thai, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Native or near-native Thai proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong grasp of English to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Thai writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, education, annotation, or related language-review workflows.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: Spot-check Thai items and provide feedback.
• Trainer and QA communication: Update trainers and QAs on guidelines and project changes.
• Question handling: Respond clearly on Thai wording, tone, and cultural context.
• Trainer/QA activation management: DM inactive contributors and track follow-ups.
• Documentation: Create and maintain Thai project documentation and style guides.
• Onboarding and training: Run onboarding/training calls with trainers and QAs.
• Quality alignment: Ensure Thai guidelines are consistently applied.
• Process improvement: Identify gaps and help build scalable QA processes.
