DescriptionThe Table Games Assistant Shift Manager assists in the responsibilities of the day to day of the table games operations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Table Games Assistant Shift Manager (other duties may be assigned)Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirementsMonitors the performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence to Casino policies and proceduresOversees and maintains integrity of Table Games activityPossesses good working knowledge and understanding of Table GamesApproves and oversees count table inventory at the beginning and end of shiftsFacilitates replenishment of chipsSupervises issuance of cardsInstructs personnel on table assignmentEnsures application and/or compliance of federal currency reporting requirementsHandles minor guest complaintsAssists Shift Manager with gaming operationsCan perform duties assigned by Shift ManagerProvides excellent guest service to both guest and internal clientsMust comply with all applicable ACRM and ACPS System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal RegulationsSupervisory Responsibilities of Table Games Assistant Shift ManagerDirectly supervises the dealers. Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment. Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
