Amentum is seeking a Knowledge Manager to lead the design, development, and sustainment of a Microsoft 365–based environment powering the Threat Finance Certification Program (TFCP). You will oversee a centralized certification portal, automated workflows, data structures, and examination-management systems.

You will serve as the program’s Microsoft 365/SharePoint technical expert, ensuring secure, reliable, and user-friendly systems that support the full certification lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information/Knowledge Management, or related field (experience may substitute).
• Valid/active Top Secret/SCI Government Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Proven SharePoint and Microsoft 365 development experience.
• Experience building workflows (Power Automate), forms (Forms/Power Apps), dashboards, portals, and structured data solutions.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, data quality, integration, and security principles.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to provide accurate technical estimates and status updates.

Responsabilidades

• Certification Portal Development: Build and maintain TFCP Certification Portal using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Develop user‑friendly interfaces, forms, dashboards, and site structures.
• Support the full certification lifecycle: applications, exam administration, candidate tracking, communication, reporting, and documentation.
• Test and validate new features; maintain technical documentation.
