Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Knowledge Manager to design, develop, and sustain the TFCP Microsoft 365 environment, including a centralized portal, automated workflows, data structures, and examination-management systems.

The role serves as the Microsoft 365/SharePoint SME, ensuring secure, reliable systems that support the full certification lifecycle, with responsibilities spanning data architecture, reporting, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Information/Knowledge Management, or related field; experience may substitute.
• Must hold a valid Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Proven SharePoint and Microsoft 365 development experience.
• Experience building workflows, forms, dashboards, portals, and structured data solutions.
• Strong information architecture, data quality, integration, and security understanding.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and sustainment of TFCP Microsoft 365 environment and portal.
• Serve as Microsoft 365/SharePoint SME; automate workflows and integrate tools.
• Translate program needs into technical specs, estimates, risks, and milestones.
• Design data structures for candidates, exams, certifications, and reporting.
• Maintain exam delivery via Microsoft Forms and data transfer to analytics.
• Build SharePoint repositories, taxonomies, and search solutions.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports using Power BI and 365.
• Configure, test, deploy, and support TFCP apps; assist in UAT.
