Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Textiles Production to sort and prepare donated textiles for sale, price items per standards, and maintain quality control.

You will interact with customers and colleagues, ensuring accuracy and timely communication. The role includes a structured shift from 7:30 am to 4 pm, Sunday through Thursday, with daily pay option and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Must have attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality.
• Inspect textiles to ensure saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.).
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare textile items for sale on Z-racks.
• Price according to Goodwill standards and value; research values as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers; answer product questions.
