Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado seeks an Associate I, Retail Production to process and sort donated items in a production environment, pricing and tagging for the sales floor. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and customer service in a fast-paced setting.

The position is part-time with Sunday through Thursday availability, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Daily Pay is available, and benefits include paid holidays and sick leave for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use dolly and pallet jack as required.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated items by type and assess quality for pricing.
• Hang, size, price, tag and prepare items for sale.
• Inspect items including battery-powered ones for usability.
• Maintain stock and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
