Goodwill of Colorado seeks an Associate I, Textiles Production to sort donated textiles, hang, price, and tag items for the sales floor while upholding quality standards and providing excellent customer service. You may interact with customers and support teams, ensuring efficient operations in a dynamic retail setting.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work with textiles, and willingness to work varied hours. Full-time position with extensive benefit offerings is included.

Qualifications

• Must have attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, managers, supervisors, staff, and peers.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality of product.
• Inspect textiles to ensure saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.).
• Hang, size and price, tag, and prepare textile items to be sold on Z-racks.
• Price according to Goodwill standards and item value, researching as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers; answer product questions as needed.
• Follow all retail center policies and safety procedures.
• Cross-train in other departments when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as required.
