Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado in Aurora, CO is looking for an Associate I, Textiles Production to sort, hang, price, and tag donated textiles for the sales floor. You'll work in a production setting and may assist customers, delivering responsive service and maintaining quality standards.

This part-time, on-site role requires availability for evenings and weekends and may involve reaching daily production quotas with support from a strong team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality.
• Inspect textiles for saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.).
• Hang, size and price, tag, and prepare items to be sold.
• Price according to quality and value, researching as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product questions.
• Follow all retail center policies and safety procedures.
• Cross-train in other departments when required.
