Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Textiles Production to sort, tag and price donated textiles for the sales floor, ensuring adherence to quality standards. This role may interact with customers and requires timely communication with team members.

In a fast-paced environment, you will meet daily quotas, operate basic equipment, and work a varied schedule as needed, including weekends. The position offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use a dolly and pallet jack as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality.
• Inspect textiles for saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.).
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare textile items for the sales floor.
• Price according to quality and value; research item value if needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Follow all retail center policies and safety procedures.
