Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Textiles Production to sort donated textiles, hang and price items, and prepare stock for the sales floor. You will follow quality standards and provide friendly service in a fast-paced team environment.

Evening and weekend availability is required. This part-time role includes quotas; Daily Pay is available and benefits for part-time employees may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or apparel experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality.
• Inspect textiles for saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.).
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare textile items for the sales floor.
• Price items according to Goodwill standards using company tools or internet research.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and customers.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and cross-train as needed.
