Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado in Arvada is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to process and sort donated items, price and test them, and prepare products for the sales floor. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork in a busy production environment.

Afternoon shifts (4 pm–9 pm) with weekend availability preferred. You may work in hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, books, or shoes, or assist with donations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year retail experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Must communicate effectively with customers, managers, and peers.
• Ability to lift and maneuver typical donations with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated items by type (books, media, textiles, housewares, etc.) and price appropriately.
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for sale on the sales floor.
• Inspect and test items to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist staff as needed.
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked production and sales floor areas.
