Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Textiles Production to sort donated textiles, hang and price items, and prep them for sale on the floor. You’ll follow quality standards and may interact with customers, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to meet daily quotas, and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends. Daily Pay option is available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality.
• Inspect textiles for saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.).
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare textiles for sale on Z-racks.
• Price items according to quality and value using company tools.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
