Job summary

GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF EL PASO INC in El Paso, TX is seeking a Production Associate Textiles to greet donors, unload donations, and prepare clothing for sale. You will sort items, hang textiles, and price-tag merchandise while maintaining a clean, organized store.

You will work closely with staff to meet daily production standards, help customers, and support accessibility services for individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in used goods or retail store is helpful.
• Ability to assess merchandise quality and determine pricing.
• Pleasant, friendly attitude with customers and donors.
• Basic math aptitude and ability to read/write/speak English (preferred).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to transfer to other stores as requested.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors within 10 seconds in a courteous manner and assists with unloading donations.
• Keeps store and processing area neat, dusts and sweeps.
• Hangs textiles, attaches price tags, and moves merchandise to correct locations.
• Supports achievement of store production and sales goals.
• Assists with security of inventory and reduces pilferage.
