Job summary

BD located in Delran, NJ, is seeking a quality inspection professional responsible for incoming, in-process and final inspections of textile materials and subassemblies. You will review device history records, prepare samples for fiber ID testing, and operate precision measurement equipment to ensure adherence to specifications.

Strong documentation and teamwork are essential. The role includes maintaining DHR records, assisting in procedure writing, and contributing to safety and GxP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3+ years in production or quality control
• Experience in GMP/ISO or Mil Spec environments preferred
• Textiles experience is a plus and ASQ certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of textile materials and subassemblies
• Inspect labeling and packaging for compliance to specifications
• Document inspection results and prepare test samples for fiber ID testing
• Operate measurement/test equipment and maintain DHR records
• Assist in writing inspection and test procedures
• Maintain clean, safe work area and participate in safety/GxP assessments
