Job summary

BD in Delran, NJ, is seeking an experienced inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of textile materials and subassemblies, verify labeling, prepare samples, and document results. You will operate test equipment and maintain DHR records to support lot release.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma with 3+ years in a production facility or quality control lab, GMP/ISO experience, and knowledge of AQL sampling; ASQ is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma with 3+ years in production/quality control.
• ASQ certification is a plus and preferred.
• Experience in GMP/ISO or Mil Spec environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent incoming, in-process, and final inspection of textile materials and subassemblies to ensure specs.
• Inspect product labeling and packaging and document results.
• Prepare test samples for fiber ID testing of incoming materials.
• Operate test equipment (gauge, scales, tensile testers, etc.).
• Maintain DHR records and assist in lot release sign-off.
• Assist in writing inspection/test procedures and related docs.
