Job summary

BD in Delran, NJ is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of textile materials and subassemblies, review device history records, and support lot release. The role requires attention to specifications, documentation, and basic testing.

Candidates should have a high school diploma with relevant experience, familiarity with GMP/ISO environments, and the ability to use measuring tools; multiple benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3+ years in production or QC lab.
• GMP/ISO or Mil Spec experience preferred.
• Textiles experience a plus.
• ASQ certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect textiles and subassemblies for specification compliance.
• Inspect product labeling and packaging.
• Document inspection results.
• Prepare test samples for fiber ID testing of incoming materials.
• Operate test equipment (e.g., tensile testers, micrometers).
• Maintain DHR records for inspections and products.
• Review lot history for final lot release.
• JDE data entry.
• Assist in writing inspection/test procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and equipment.
• Participate in safety and GxP assessments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
