Job summary

ARCH Global Precision is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in New Jersey. You will receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and finished goods, ensuring they meet technical drawings and product specifications.

You will perform dimensional measurements, pattern assessments, and participate in non-conforming material handling, repair, and rework as needed. Knowledge of CGMP, FDA regulations, and ISO standards is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Experience using calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and verify count and condition of products.
• Inspect incoming materials and finished goods to drawings or specs using dimensional measurements and pattern assessments.
• Document inspection results in quality database and logs, and reject non-conforming material.
• Laser mark and electro chemical etch, neutralize and clean products.
• Process product returns and evaluate quality issues, initiating repairs or reworks as needed.
• Ensure products comply with FDA regulations; prepare submissions and maintain regulatory databases.
