Job summary

BD is seeking a Quality Inspector in Delran, NJ to perform diversified inspection duties, review device history records, and support lot release. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency with measuring and testing equipment.

This on-site position involves working in a GMP/ISO-influenced environment, documenting results, and maintaining DHR records. A background in textiles is a plus and ASQ certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 3+ years in production or QC lab preferred.
• GMP/ISO or Mil Spec environment experience a plus; textiles experience a plus.
• ASQ certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and final textiles materials and subassemblies for specs compliance.
• Review labeling and packaging for accuracy and quality.
• Document inspection results and maintain DHR records.
• Prepare samples for testing and conduct fiber ID tests.
• Operate inspection equipment (e.g., micrometers, tensile testers, balance/scale).
• Assist in writing inspection/test procedures and ensure a clean, safe work area.
