Job summary

Enchanté Accessories in New York seeks a Production Coordinator to support the Soft Home team (bedding, sheets, bath) and act as a liaison between overseas factories, internal teams, warehouses, and customers to ensure orders are processed on time.

The role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong communication across design, sales, and product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Associate’s degree with wholesale imports or related experience; or 2+ years in wholesale imports or related role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in order processing and tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate daily with internal and external partners about production status.
• Enter and maintain product, purchase order, and shipment data in internal systems.
• Support sourcing and manufacturing to move products from concept to finalization.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with design, sales, and product development.
• Monitor overseas factories, freight forwarders, warehouses, and teams for status updates.
