Job summary

Brick Executive Search, a NYC-based intimates and sleepwear brand portfolio company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage production from PO to shipment. You will coordinate with overseas factories and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and conformance to specs.

The ideal candidate has Mandarin fluency, 2+ years in apparel production or coordination, experience with tech packs, POs, T&A, WIP, and strong Excel skills, with a detail-oriented, multi-priority

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apparel production or production coordination experience.
• Experience working with overseas factories.
• Strong understanding of tech packs, POs, T&A, WIP and apparel production processes.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with Design, Technical Design, Licensing and manufacturing partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Apparel industry experience is required; licensed intimate apparel or sleepwear experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with overseas factories regarding costing, production status, approvals and deadlines.
• Set up and maintain T&A and WIP reports for all confirmed orders.
• Monitor production timelines and proactively address potential delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate costing, production records and provide timely status updates.

Brick Executive Search is working with a NYC-based established intimates and sleepwear brand portfolio company in search of a Production Coordinator for its expanding business.

This is a full-time, hybrid position.

Position Overview:

The Production Coordinator will manage the production process from purchase orders through final shipment and warehouse delivery. This role will work closely with overseas factories and internal Design, Technical Design and Licensing teams to ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards and are produced according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Costing/Production Management

• Communicate daily with overseas factories regarding costing, production status, approvals and deadlines.
• Set up and maintain T&A and WIP reports for all confirmed orders.
• Monitor production timelines and proactively address potential delays or issues.
