Qualifications

• Basic addition/subtraction skills for pricing and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process donations for hanging, tagging, tallying, and pricing.
• Maintain production levels to achieve store goals.
• Address customer complaints courteously, escalate to Manager when needed.
• Distribute inventory efficiently within store fixtures.
• Accept donations and provide receipts to donors on request.
• Keep a clean, organized work area meeting agency standards.
• Attend scheduled meetings and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures to protect people and property.
• Embrace Goodwill values in work and community.
• Support department and agency objectives and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
