Job summary

Innovazi Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Demand Planner to manage finished goods inventory and support on-time delivery for textile products in Wisconsin. You will partner with Production, Procurement and Sales to balance customer demand with stock levels, lead times and production capacity.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in demand planning, strong Excel skills, and solid knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

Matric with Mathematics or equivalent foundation.
1–2 years in a demand planning role.
Experience in textile or clothing manufacturing.
Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for managing finished goods stock levels in line with company policies and customer requirements.
Support 100% on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery.
Balance customer demand with stock to minimise excess inventory.
Monitor and deplete excess and obsolete stock timeously.
Coordinate with Production and Manufacturing to meet customer lead times.
Liaise with suppliers to support on-time deliveries and resolve supply issues.
Generate and analyse reports on inventory levels, stock turnover and demand.
Maintain system information and administrative processes accurately.
Ensure information flows through relevant systems and schedules.
Assist Senior MRP / Supply Chain Planner as needed.
Monitor demand trends to support production planning.
