Job summary

Springs Window Fashions in Middleton, WI is hiring a Supply Planner to lead inventory performance, manage excess/obsolete inventory, and support NPIs and PCR changes. You will collaborate with supply chain managers, product managers, and buyers to optimize working capital and ensure on-time customer delivery.

Required: a Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Operations and 1+ year of related experience; proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP) and data analysis; strong communication and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, and/or Friedman Corporation (Frontier/FRN) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support buyers/planners in identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Review demand forecast by product line and component.
• Ensure materials are available to meet customer requirements while minimizing freight costs.
• Monitor and maintain PFEPs for product lines; define component inventory targets and planning parameters.
• Coordinate new product releases to align with project plans and milestones.
• Maintain high service levels and manage inventory effectively.
• Lead continuous improvement opportunities across processes and culture.
