• Enter and file production samples and lab dips.
• Follow up on sample approvals/rejections with clients and vendors.
• Keep colors and production organized and accessible.
• File lab dips for review and ensure QC compliance.
• Prepare packages to send to clients/vendors via courier/mail.
• Create and maintain sample cards for marketing purposes.
• Answer phones professionally and helpfully.
